I am the owner and head chainstitcher of Contrarium. Since 2019 I have been designing and stitching on my vintage Singer chainstitch embroidery machine. I am based in my sunny hometown of Denver, Colorado, and love to spend my spare hours coming up with elaborate schemes and learning new skills, as well as swing dancing, enjoying delicious meals, and spending time with friends and family.

Contrarium is Latin for "the opposite", and its goal is to bring unexpected design and handcrafted techniques to this modern world.
